SetMark Privacy Policy

SetMark ("the app," "we," "our") is a workout tracking app. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Data We Collect

SetMark stores all of your workout data — including exercises, sets, weights, reps, splits, progression history, and app settings — entirely on your device. We do not operate any servers, and we do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your workout data.

Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to SetMark Premium, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. SetMark does not receive, store, or process your payment information (such as card numbers or billing details) at any point — that information is handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

SetMark does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data from the app is shared with or sold to any third party.

Data Storage and Backup

Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage technology. If you delete the app, your locally stored data is removed from your device. SetMark does not currently offer cloud backup or sync; your data exists only on the device(s) where you use the app, unless a future version adds this feature (which would be reflected in an updated policy).

Children's Privacy

SetMark is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes — for example, if a future feature (such as cloud sync) begins handling data differently. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
